I have had the privilege of working with Dr Brian Ferris since 2013. At this time, I was conducting site qualifications for an IDE study for an eventual PMA submission. His site and the team of technologists, research coordinators and surgical colleagues were the leading enrollment site of 10 sites in the study. Since that successful study (Sapheon: VeClose), I enlisted Dr Ferris to speak at prominent national meetings to present findings and educate on advanced vascular surgical techniques. I enlisted Dr Ferris to work on a 2 nd IDE study, which the again, were one of the leading sites (Medtronic: Abre). The level of professionalism and ethical execution in all my interactions with Dr Ferris was unmatched. Simply put, when I needed a high caliber presentation or management of a medical panel/scientific team executed, Dr Ferris was at the top of the list.
